DELIVERY & PICK UP
IN STORE PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE TERMS
Click & collect - pick up in store
At the checkout, select ‘Pick up in store’ by 12 noon and your order will be ready for collection by 4pm the same day. If your order is placed after 12 noon, it will be ready for collection the following day.
Once you have received an order confirmation, make your way to Heyne’s Garden Centre with your photo ID and your order confirmation.
We will have your items packed and ready to go!
An authorised person may collect your order. They will require their photo ID and the order confirmation.
Items not picked up
We will hold plants for up to 7 days. Other items will be held for 14 days.
After this time your item will be returned to stock and your payment refunded.
Delivery of online shop items
We can not offer same day delivery.
We can not deliver to PO boxes.
General items: May be sent anywhere in Australia.
Plants: Available only to metropolitan Adelaide or regional centres of South Australia.
Your items may be transported by a courier, Australia Post, or delivered by us. You should receive your items in 3 - 5 business days. You can nominate a safe, accessible place for your items to be left without your signature. We can not take responsibility for any damage to/loss of your items after delivery.
Soil: Available only to selected suburbs of metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia. Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. SUBURB LIST
Gift vouchers: May be sent by post or delivered by us at our discretion.
If your order is not received within the quoted delivery period, please contact us.
Changing or cancelling your order
Please make contact directly by phone (08) 83322933 or email and we’ll sort it out together. Please quote your order confirmation number.
Your delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout.
