  plant lists - Cacti/Succulents
We have listed the CACTUS & SUCCULENTS that we keep in stock but due to spasmodic demand and seasonal conditions, some species may be temporarily unavailable. These lists are intended to be fairly comprehensive, however some other varieties are available on occasions.

OUR GLASS HOUSE HISTORY
This glass house was built by Carl Franz Heyne who was the 2nd Generation in South Australia.
Both Carl and one of his sons Wally Heyne
(3rd generation) used this glass house for the propagation of plants, seed and cuttings.

Click here to see original glass house.
Wally's son, Roger in his junior years before enrolling for senior schooling, propagated and grew small pots of Cacti and Succulents. They were placed on the ledges that held the side walls of the glass house together. Eventually all the ledges were covered with small pots which needed to be potted into larger pots. Slowly Roger began to move his larger potted plants onto his father's benches below the ledges. Wally Heyne had a constant battle to keep Roger from taking over the whole glass house with his Cacti and Succulents. Now after all those years, Roger has turned the glass house into the CACTI & SUCCULENT HOUSE.

We welcome you to come to our BEULAH PARK GARDEN CENTRE and see our CACTI & SUCCULENT HOUSE.
Many species of plants that are on display are for sale. They range from small to large specimens ready to beautify your home or garden.
