CREAMY CASHEW CUSTARD
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup raw cashew nuts
3 cups water
3 heaped tbsp. cornflour
3 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. sea salt
METHOD:
Place cashew nuts and water into blender and whiz until smooth. Add cornflour, honey, vanilla and salt, stir to combine and then blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer mixture into a saucepan and gently bring to boil, stirring constantly until thick.
