CHICKEN-LIKE SEASONING
INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. dry parsley flakes
2 tbsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry basil flakes
1/2 tsp. dry marjoram flakes
1/2 tsp. ground bay leaves
1/2 tsp. ground sweet paprika
METHOD:
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend into a fine powder. Store in a screw-top jar or in an airtight container and use in soups,stews,casseroles,rissole mixtures,sauces and salad dressings.

1 tsp. ground bay leaves
1/2 tps. tsp. ground anise seed
1/2 tsp. dry marjoram flakes
1/4 tsp. dry thyme flakes
1/4 tsp. dry sage flakes
METHOD:
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend into a fine powder.
Store in a screw-top jar or in an airtight container and use in soups, stews, casseroles, rissole mixtures, sauces and salad dressings.

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend into a fine powder. Store in a screw-top jar or in an airtight container. May be used in soups, stews, casseroles, rissole mixtures, sauces and salad dressings.

INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp. dry parsley flakes

2 tsp. dry oregano flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground bay leaves
1 tsp. dill weed
METHOD:
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend into a fine powder. Store in a screw-top jar or in an airtight container and use in soups, stews, casseroles, rissole mixtures, sauces and salad dressings. Use in place of regular chilli powder.
